Baptism and Cradle Role

 

baptismAs a Lutheran church we baptize people of any age. Most often those being baptized are infants, but it's not that unusual for them to be older children or adults as well. Infants then are kept on our Cradle Roll, during which time their families will receive faith building resources until they are old enough to attending Sunday School. Sunday School

sundayschoolOur Sunday School program is available for the whole family. We offer SS for everyone from pre-school through adults. The program runs September through May, on Sundays during our Sunday School hour 9:30-10:30am. Sunday School Opening takes place every Sunday in Brown Hall at 9:30am parents are welcome to join us in prayer and song! Please contact with any questions you might have.

First Communion

communionFirst graders and older are invited to participate in our one day first communion workshop. This is a family class, where parent and child learn together about the importance and meaning of communion. Usually offered in the Spring, we pray together, bake bread together and commune together as the family of God.

Confirmation

confirmationFor sixth through eighth graders. This three year confirmation journey meets September through May on Wednesday nights during Life Together. Learn about being Lutheran, the Bible, and so much more! This is an important time in the faith life of our youth.

Middle and High School Ministry

For youth sixth grade through twelfth grade we provide monthly social activities that promote fellowship, service, and build faith. These include youth gatherings, retreats at camp, events with other churche,s and so much more! The goal is to provide a safe space for youth to express themselves, grow in faith, and build friendships.

youthEmpowering youth to live lives with vibrant faith and passionate love for Christ is the heart of youth ministry here at Grace. We meet year round on Wednesday nights. We play, pray, and learn about our faith and the world. Come and join us!
